We noticed a few wet spots on the carpet in our basement. After opening the drywall I found we have a few cracks in the wall that were allowing water to seep into the house. I called a company that had done some waterproofing for us in the past but they blew me off like they didn't want or need our business. I then called a few other companies but they couldn't get out for an estimate for a few weeks. So i posted on Facebook and asked for a few suggestions. My neighbor and a good friend both recommended AA Action Waterproofing. From the very start talking to Rhonda I had a much better feeling and experience then any other company. She was able to get us an appointment within days with Steve Williams. Steve is the best. He was able to meet with us early and was very honest and straight forward with us. He didn't just try to sell us on repairing cracks but explained to us what we needed, why we needed it and how everything would work. He was not intimidating or pushy. It was like dealing with a friend who was trying to help us. He made my wife and I very comfortable with everything throughout the entire experience. I felt we got a great price for the job and the best part was they were able to get everything done for us the very next day. That was perfect because we had a few days of rain coming up. Their team showed up on time the next day on time. They walked us through what they were going to do and then got to work. When they were done the area looked great with no mess and best of all we finally had a safe dry basement once again. AA Action Waterproofing was an amazing company to deal with from start to finish. I will recommend them to anyone !!
This company came and made waterproofing changes to my house. They worked very hard, were professional & polite. They cleaned up afterwards and the yard and lawn was like before they dug it to put in drainage pipe. There were 3 men who came out and they really worked very hard and now I feel secure in the knowledge that my sump pump will keep my basement dry. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Company. I am totally happy with every aspect of this firm both office and outside workers. This Company and staff really know the waterproofing business. I have had 3 companies over 30 years who did not do a good job. I have spent thousands on this water problem but now feel the problem has been properly done and I am highly satisfied. They arrived when they said they would, were very polite and professional,, did a super great job and showed me step by step what they were doing and how it should work in the future. Rhonda in the office is a superior Office Manager and was so patient and pleasant with me, no request was too much for her to take care of .... she is just plain AWESOME. rob is very knowledgeable and extremely experienced with regard to his industry. they were very accommodating about scheduling the mold remediation work; They scheduled the work quickly, and did a thorough job of removing the mold, and applying treatment to prevent future mold growth. these guys are the best! after contracting them to do the work, i felt very confident the situation was in good hands. I’m very pleased with the results.
Great company. The inspector was punctual and very informative. The crew they sent to perform the work was professional. I got a lifetime warranty on the work so that is pretty cool. No issues with my crawlspace since they finished their work. I'm looking forward to being able to use the area for storage again.
