Requested tint to be installed that was the legal limit. After having vehicle inspected learned tint was to dark. Went back and informed them of the issue. Was told they'd give me a discount on the removal and installation of the correct tint. Requested to speak with the owner and was told he'd call back. Have yet to receive a call. Unacceptable.
