This company is beyond exceptional! Billy, the technician is the greatest! He took me step by step on how he was going to resolve my 2 day repair (wall water damage and new sink pump with a back up battery). Kelly, the general manager, told me specifically what was required from me in terms of financing as well as keeping me informed to date on arrival times or rescheduling due to the inclement weather. All provided assurance the job will be completed as scheduled without future issues AND with warranties that will last for years to come as well as transferable! I received was superb customer service. I DEFINITELY will recommend this company to others!
Affordable basement waterproofing company offers affordable services that are truly exceptional! Their work is simply amazing, consistently delivered on time with great attention to detail. I couldn't be more satisfied with the exceptional quality they provide. Highly recommend!
Billy, James, and Dave were a pleasure to work with. They were on time, professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure my basement repair was well done. I’ve worked with this company twice now and would highly recommend!
My crawlspace was a mess. Joe and his team were able to complete the entire project in 5 days. I had 3 estimates and this company was not the cheapest but their honesty won me over. The other companies sent out high pressure salesman and tried to twist my arm into signing something I did not feel confident with. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family in the future! My crawlspace is dry!
They did not fix the problem and would not remedy the situation. We asked them to fix a walk-out basement drain that was clogged and allowing water to come into our basement. The guys who came were friendly and got the job done by digging a trench along the wall where the door was and installing a second sump pump, then having the water pumped out through a pipe. But this only solved half the problem. The pipe that pumps out water is not on a slope, so the water just rolls back toward the pipe, soaks the concrete under the deck and creates a muddy mess in our lawn (see picture). We alerted them of the problem and they said that in order to "solve" it we would need to pay another $1600 to have them extend the pipe out underground and have the water come up through a pop up drain right along the fence line border with our neighbors. Since our yard is flat, we asked them to run the pipe along the side of the house and down the slope into the street instead but they refused, saying it would freeze, although that makes no sense since it would be pumped underground and flow downhill. I brought up the warranty for the work and Kelly told me "we were contracted to get water out of the basement. We got the water out of the basement." So apparently it was fine that the water was rolling back toward the house and soaking into the concrete. We got a second opinion from another contractor who specializes in landscaping and drainage and they told us the pop-up drain solution was not a real solution because there was nowhere for the water to go. We had them install the underground pipe to the the street for us for about half of what this place was going to charge us for the non-solution. The people here seem nice, but they just didn't seem to know what they were doing. I learned later that most contractors just tie the walk-out basement drain to the existing sump and really wish we would have done that to begin with rather than be left with this mess and have to shell out even more money.
