We called Agape Appliance Repair to check our refrigerator/freezer on a Monday and were able to get an appointment for Friday. Theodore called the next day (Tuesday) to let us know that he had a cancelation and could stop by later on Tuesday. Theodore was on time, very professional and diagnosed our problem quickly for an affordable price. He took the time to email us a report for our records as well. I would 100% recommend Agape Appliance Repair to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy repairman.

When our dryer decided to stop working on Christmas eve, we were stuck. After a Google search we came across Agape. I called two days after the Christmas holiday, and received a voicemail indicating they were closed for most of the week, in need of a functioning dryer, I took my chances and left a detailed message. Later that day, to my surprise, the owner, Mr. Crawford, called me back. We set up a time for him to come out the next day!! Mr. Crawford called about a half hour before our scheduled time to let me know he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed our dryer issue and gave us, what we felt, was a good estimate. Within a couple of hours he had our dryer up and running again (motor replacement). He was incredibly professional and thorough. He was efficient and neat (cleaned up everything after he was done). While I hope to not need an appliance repair any time soon, I know if the need arises, I will definitely be calling Agape!
I had trouble with my fridge and when Theodore from Agape came to look at it, my fridge decided not to have the problem anymore. Later that evening there was an error code on my fridge, I called Theodore (around 8pm) and he picked up and said he can be at my house early the next morning. He came and saw what the issue was and told me he would come back later that evening with the part to replace it. He did a great job and my fridge is working great. I definitely recommend his services, he is very professional and friendly. I will be calling him for any future appliance issues.
