I had a dull, chronic neck pain for over a year or so that often felt like a terrible tension headache in the back of my neck, head, and shoulders. I presume it was from stress and cracking my neck frequently myself. I decided to see if maybe a chiropractor would help after trying massage and acupuncture to no avail. Immediately, Dr. Ingram was polite, professional, and very thorough on determining what was causing my pain and what an appropriate treatment plan would be. I was a little nervous to see a chiropractor for the first time, but she made me feel very comfortable and I trust her immensely. I would highly recommend her to anyone who feels they might benefit from chiropractic services.
I really had a great experience with Dr. Ingram. She is very professional and thorough. I rarely go to doctors that take the time to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable regarding treatment. Her office is clean and smells of soothing essential oils. I highly suggest that anyone who is interested in getting out of pain come to this office! She will get your body back in great form!
Dr. Ingram is amazing! Prior to seeing Dr. Ingram, we were given an incorrect diagnosis and misinformation about treatments. On the initial visit she was able to identify the problem and put together a plan of action for treatment and recovery. She was patient, professional and honest through out the process and her homemade products are awesome! Not only did the treatment plan work, but the outcome truly exceeded our expectations! With her vision and my skills we worked as a team to showcase the health services that Align Spine Health Center offers to their patients. The staff are attentive and welcoming. Whenever you need an appointment reminder they have you covered. Dr. Ingram maintains great service with optimal professionalism.
Definitely a rude and aggressive doctor. She had a mix up with her answering service and instead of taking responsibility kept carrying on about her internal processes, like the patient knows or it’s the patient’s business. I didn’t even realize she was the doctor but the moment I realized I knew there was no way she was putting her hands on me. Not my idea of healing… thanks… I see there is a response below. What it neglects to mention is that it was HER answering service that gave me the appointment. So when she called, I told her I already had an appointment. Hence my issue with her not taking the responsibility of her service giving an appointment and then her calling to schedule an appointment as well. I do not work for Align, cant tell the doctor from the answering service. that's also not my job. Again, if you want a responsible business owner, I suggest looking elsewhere. The real issue is the way the mistake was handled - note that there is still no acknowledgement of a mix-up, just burrowing further into her internal processes that are not available to me. Thankfully, mine is not the only review that mentions attitude. For anyone with limited time and seeking a certain degree of professionalism, I would skip this place.
