Didn't have the best experience honestly it was the worst massage I've ever had in my life. And that's not to be rude or anything that's not even why it got it three out of five cuz I've had some good massages. However she just doesn't seem to have the magic touch. Also just at the end I try to tip $4 she seems surprised that I wanted a tip but once I did want to tip she told me anything under 10 was unacceptable basically. Perhaps it was the language barrier but it felt very rude and aggressive Tipping is optional I thought. Not super clean but prices were appropriate even with the tip
This was an excellent massage! Very professional and just terrific. I recommend calling in advance to schedule your appointment, explain what services you want, any special requests, etc. and you'll have no issues. Communication with the massage therapist on site is a bit tricky, but you won't need to explain much - she knows what she's doing! Highly recommend!
Then made an appointment for 815, Was running about six minutes late called and verified that was OK, the place say open till 930. I walk in I speak to the masseuse it does not seem to understand English fully I said I was there and called in for an appointment I would like a one hour massage. She scrambles to find some words and mentions only 30 minutes was available these are things that should be communicated to customers when they call to verify information. There was another spa that would've taken me for an hour massage in another part of town I'm new to this area and Apple was closer with good reviews. To me this was a total waste of my time that could have been resolved with better communication especially with gas prices still being high!
This is the 4th time I've had a massage here. The massages have been professional and thorough. The masseuse doesn't speak more than a few words of English, but does the job well. I will definitely be going back for another session. If you're expecting a "happy ending ", you can forget about it. This place is massage only.
Worst service ever! I had called them and she said they are open till 9pm and i can come walk-in. But when I went there and she said she is sick and can not service, although the store has Open sign. Then I went 2 days later, this time make an appointlment at 3.30pm. I was present at exact 3:30pm. She just waved like a way that make me feel she just trying to move away bee from her food! And saying "busy busy"!!!! She appeared to be no-english lady. So i also tried to make her know i made appointment! She seems understand that i have an appointment and then again said "busy busy" !!! Weird part is- when i call her for appointment, she seems understand little bit english. But in person completely no english! I wish i could give minus 5 ! Worst service ever in my experience
