We hired Ayoub N&H to replace the carpet in our basement and they did a terrific job. They also completed everything very quickly which was important to us - from initial site inspection to ordering materials and final installation only took approx two weeks. Their customer service dept was a pleasure to work with as well and their prices were very fair. We would highly recommend Ayoub for your next carpet replacement job!
I have a large medium-pile wool rug that had to be dyed from a yellowish beige to a grey nuance. The result was better than expected. The service was expensive but it was less than having to buy a new good rug. Ayoub were on time and we communicated well by email and text. In the end, the color was quite different from the one I had specified from the RAL palette but it actually worked out much better with my furniture and I am absolutely pleased with the result. The one thing that bothered me during the whole process was that you have to pay upfront and I wonder what I would have done if I hadn't liked it. I'm posting before and after photos though they don't do it justice because the light reflects differently. I would recommend Ayoub N&H, it was well worth the money.
Ayoub N & H cleaned and added new tassles to my two 75-year-old Persian rugs that I inherited 31 years ago from my grandmother. They were badly faded especially in a few spots from the sun. They are now vibrant. The tassles are nice. The price very reasonable. A longtime friend highly recommended them to me. I took two buses for almost 1 hour to drop them off and pick them up. I believe it was Mike who was there when I dropped them off and also picked them up. You would've thought I was buying a diamond-studded luxury car, he was so nice. Great demeanor. Another representative called me to let me know that because the carpet was thinning out, they determined that rethreading (not sure if that's the right term) would risk damaging the rug. Could not be happier. I highly recommend them! Before and after photos. If I can add a better after photo, I will.
Spectacular service and unbelievable results!! I had badly stained rugs that now look like new! Worth every penny. And the pick up and delivery service workers were so good and professional. Give the whole company an A+
I had Ayoub N&H pickup a large Persian carpet for cleaning while my co-op apartment was undergoing renovations and painting. They cleaned it quickly and then held it until my renovations were finished. The rug looks beautiful after their cleaning. The return of the carpet couldn't have been easier. I highly recommend Ayoub N&H.
