If you need your carpets cleaned, don’t walk, run to call! Andre is so professional, such a good guy that genuinely cares and loves what he does. My carpets look SO good! We had had other providers in the past who left the carpet crunchy, we’re sloppy.. etc. I’m SO happy we found this awesome family run business and I look forward to giving them a call again when it’s time for the next clean. I have used many carpet cleaning services in the past - from "mom & pop" companies to national chains - no one has come close to the quality, attentive details and professionalism that Mr. Brown exhibited when cleaning the upstairs area and stairs. First, he explained everything he was going to do, including laying protection along the walkway, placing a partition on the front door to prevent air and bugs entering, and placing bumpers to protect the corners. Quality from beginning to end. I highly recommend BPCC, and will reach out again when needed!
