We came across a couple of unforeseen issues that needed a quick-fix through additional services that they took care of at a competitive price! Nothing beats the lifetime warranty that they offer on top of the speedy response time that they provide regarding any customer inquiries and concerns. My experience with Budget Waterproofing, Inc was very pleasant from the initial call. After meeting and talking with company President Robert during his inspection, I was convinced this was the company to go with. He answered every question I had. I didn’t feel a need to call another company. Brooke sent me the proposal, scheduled my basement project for the same week, set up payment, sent a post repair care checklist, and was very pleasant. Will and Dave’s crew were very professional and polite. They covered the cabinets, door openings, and appliances with plastic. The project was completed in one day, looks very professional, and they cleaned the job site. I highly recommend Budget Waterproofing, Inc.
This company was a pleasure to work with. After doing research and checked there reviews I called Budget for an estimate to do my waterproofing job. Bill arrived and gave me everything I needed to know about waterproofing my basement. He came with exact measurements and not just hand gestures he easily put my mind at ease. Brooke was Very attentive to all my needs and took all my concerns seriously and any complaints were addressed swiftly. After paying my deposit, I was scheduled within a week. The process took about 3 to 4 days and went very smoothly. Upon completion the boss Bob came out to inspect the job and tie up lose ends. Brooke called to make sure I was completely satisfied before taking the final payment. Being as though my basement got their Waterproofing system right before we received the remnants of hurricane Ian I’m happy to say my basement remained completely dry. I would recommend to anyone who’s looking.
Budget Waterproofing did a fantastic job installing a French drain in our basement. Brook and Bill were great to work with during the estimating phase and Mario and his teammates did a great job working clean and fast. The price was very competitive. I highly recommend Budget if one needs waterproofing work.
From start to finish, our project went smoothly. We had some signs of water in our basement after moving in and wanted to make sure it was taken care of before we finished the living areas. Scheduling was hassle free, and the sales rep was easy to work with. He was thorough and honest with what was needed vs. not needed. The installation crew showed up on time, completed the work as agreed to, and cleaned up well upon completion. I'd absolutely recommend Budget Waterproofing in the future!
