I could not be happier with my purchases from Carpet Palace. Mark and his team take incredible care of you, from ensuring you’re getting the best deals to ensuring your carpets come out perfect. I’ve used him for both wall-to-wall bedroom carpets and custom area rugs. You get much better deals and designs working with him than you do from buying pre-made rugs. I never leave reviews but his service and products are worth it!

He was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting with choosing the right type, color, and padding of carpet for the room we were looking to carpet. He was very communicative about the installation timeline. The guys who came to install were professional and quick! They were on time (even early!) and got the job done swiftly. Very genuine people. Was such a pleasure to be their client. Not only do they know their carpets but they won't try to up sell you on anything. I was looking for some really cheap flooring for the laundry and recommended me to look elsewhere. Worked with us patiently to find the carpet that both suited our needs and met our budget. We went back and forth a few times, and they came out twice to take and re-take measurements. Did an excellent job of installing the carpet as well - did not need to do any touch ups on the walls. If you're looking for flooring - don't look any further.
