This a great practice. Dr. Smith and her team are super friendly. They know all their clients on a first name basis and really take the time to get to know you and support you in your health goals. Very easy to book appointments with morning and afternoons/evening appointments available. Dr.Smith has created a warm and welcoming place. The practice is located right off Columbia Pike and there are multiple parking options nearby. Also easily accessible by public transit

Dr. Smith provided me with exceptional care after injuries that I sustained in the military. I also have had a double mastectomy and needed specific care to deal with all of the above. I have ribs that like to slide out of place, L5/S1 bulging discs and carry a lot of tightness in my neck and arms. Within 3 seconds Dr. Smith already knows where my pain is and makes immediate adjustments and uses a variety of therapies to assist in recovery. She does cupping, dry needling, foam rolling, wax dipping, tens unit muscle release, heat therapy, novatech leg pressure cuffs and more. I always leave her office with increased movement and decreased tension and pain. I can’t recommend her enough. I’ve been seeing her for 7 years and will very much miss her as we are moving to the UK.

I've been coming to Cashae over three years for adjustments, ART, acupuncture and cupping. I have also brought both of my sons. Not only is the quality of care great, Dr. Smith and all of the staff are attentive, organized, thorough, kind and tons of fun. I miss them when my visits are less frequent.

For over a month, I was immobilized and sought various treatments, including physical therapy, acupuncture, and three spinal epidural injections, but none proved effective. However, everything changed when I started seeing Dr. Smith. Within just two sessions, she managed to get me moving again. Impressed by her expertise and compassionate nature, I decided to continue regular visits. Not only is Dr. Smith kind and professional, but her staff is also friendly and easy to work with. I am grateful for the progress I've made under her care and will continue to entrust my health to Dr. Smith.

May God strike me down with a lightning bolt if any of the following is not true. This review has the purpose of warning future patients as well as to improve the quality of services and lack of commitment this place has for clients like me who pay good money to be treated with the respect we deserve. I went to this chiropractor only 3 times out of 12 sessions approved by the VA with the option of extending the number of visits (I'm a 66 yr. old veteran). Which, by the way, in my very first visit they were already training me in how I was to request that extension from the VA... I knew then that I was just a dollar ($$$) sign to them. My 1st appointment was for 5 o'clock, they made me fill out a very long questionnaire asking me things that had nothing to do with the reason for my visit. All kinds of questions about my grandparent's health. What the hell my grandparents have to do with my lower back, knee or shoulder pain? It was ridiculous. It took me over half hour to complete this useless questionnaire and finally she got me in at 5:45. I now gather that she was running behind schedule as usual and the questionnaire was used to kill time. The 2nd appointment was for 4:30 and again she got me in at 5:15, 45 minutes late just like the first visit (2 for 2). Being late seemed to be the order of the day in this place. To top it all, the session lasted less than 5 minutes...of course since they were running late, I got the short version of my much needed therapy...I suppose in order to catch up with other patients. My knee, which was manipulated in this session, in spite of me warning her not to, gotten worse than it was before. I should have never gone back. The 3rd visit was for 5 o'clock and they were late again but by now, I was already expecting it. This people have no respect for punctuality. I don't know why they even bother with appointments. We were only 5 minutes into the session when she was already done so I asked to have my shoulder worked on which had never been addressed in my previous visits. I was rudely denied. Instead, I was given a sad story about having a death in the family, situations coming up unexpectedly in their office and being short staffed using her personal problems to justify their poor services as if I should feel pity for her and accept things as they were. Last time I checked, personal problems should stay away from the workplace. Lack of personnel demands adjustments so that clients do not fall victims of poor services. My guess is that they overbooked. Also, there are all kinds of articles and equipment for sale on the waiting area. More than a chiropractor's office, it looks like the sports section at Walmart... including a very suggestive sign on the front desk that reads "ask about Judy" 15 minutes for $15. Is there pun intended? I don't know...what do you think? I found out that Judy is a massage chair not included in the therapy. This is the only place that commercializes the sale and use of this kind of equipment. In my experience with other chiropractors, the massage chair is included as part of the therapy. She tried to force the idea (unsuccessfully) that her TENSE machine somehow worked differently from the one the VA gave me. How can an electrode on the surface of the skin work any different from another??? Truly, the audacity of ignorance is amazing. Not being able to take anymore of this ordeal, I got up from my chair and left followed by her yelling at me "I don't want you here anymore". Out the window went the "Dr's" bedside manners. This new generation has no respect for work ethics, punctuality or common courtesy. My experience in this place was terrible. Maybe it's because the treatment for veterans is different from everyone else's since the government is the one who pays and not the veteran directly. I most certainly don't recommend this place unless you don't care if you walk out worse than you walk in or are taken care of a lot later (usually 45 minutes) than the time of your appointment.
