Central Exteriors was selected to do the roofing replacement work for our house. I made this decision based on two facts: 1) They did a great job for our neighbor’s house, and I watched it. Their team's hard work and productivity impressed me a lot. 2) Central Exteriors is the only roof company selected by both "Best Pickup and Reports Quality Home Services Guide 2022" and "Five Star Rated 2022 Montgomery County Maryland". I am pleased that I made the right decision. The Central Exteriors team came to our house on time and did a great job. Their work included installing some of the new sheets of plywood. Before they did that, they explained the reason and got our permission. After they finished their job, they cleaned up all things around the house, particularly for nails. The newly installed roof looks fantastic, and we really appreciate the work Central Exteriors did. My new Provia windows are beautiful, slider door and storm door are significant upgrades from what I had. The installation crew was wonderful - timely, well organized, neat (covers, drop cloths, vacuuming as appropriate), happy, showed pride in their work. The results look and operate perfectly. I didn’t go price shopping as I knew what the likely range would be - I called three contractors. Central was the only group to call me back the same day (no need to talk to anyone else!), quickly arranged for measuring, treated me as a valued customer from the start, and once windows were manufactured (an acceptable wait), quickly scheduled an installation day. They even arranged a double crew so all 20 windows, bay window, and 2 doors were fully installed in one day (much appreciated by everyone in the house)! We are completely satisfied.
Central Exteriors does great work. One call to them and a gentleman came out to see what was needed, then sent an estimate the next day. He scheduled the task and all the work was done in one morning. They replaced a fascia and soffit with the attic vent and made a new gutter and downspout on site. We're very happy to have found this company
