I had a mobile order here tonight, they gave me a sealed paper bag of my food, with my name on top. After I got home, the food inside was not mine, clearly written another customer name. I had to drive back to get it corrected. They didn’t even say one word of sorry for the mistake they made. The food was also really bad tonight, lettuce was brownish color, I discarded it. Please improve ur customer experience.
Unfortunately, like someone else who posted 3 weeks ago, I also saw a cockroach crawling RIGHT BY THE FOOD BEING SERVED. Absolutely disgusted and horrified by the lack of sanitation and health risk this poses. After seeing the roach, I lost my appetite to eat the food I paid for and had to throw it away. I am not inclined to return to this location. I was only there for a few minutes and saw this roach crawling around, imagine how much of the food prep surfaces and food have been in contact with these roaches throughout the day. This matter should be taken care of ASAP as it poses a serious health risk for consumers. The appropriate county authorities will be notified about this location.
The 3 latio team members had me wait as they finished & rung up customer double meat stuffed burrito. Then male team member looked at me then step over to do online orders. The middle-age team member started making my burrito bowl. She started to put a serving spoon of chicken but shook it half off the meat then stepped aside to assist teenage customers. I asked for more chicken & the young team member added a little more but still shook off some the meat & completed my burrito bowl but didn't immediately ring up my order. She stepped aside the finish the teenagers orders then rung up my order. I had to ask for a bag w/ handles.
Might of been one of my worst chipotle experiences. I love chipotle but this location is just not it. If you want anything extra, mild, medium, sour cream, lettuce they up charge. Smallest serving size I’ve ever received on both rice and protein. I waited in line for 15 min and there was only 2 people in front of me. The three ladies were only what I could call gossiping. They frequently stopped working at all work stations and talked while I was just standing there waiting. And to top it off they said had no water cups and as I am leaving in disappoint one of the workers grabs a water cup and fills up a drink for herself. Overall very disappointed chipotle.
I ordered from this store two identical bowls, half steak and half chicken, and two tortillas, so easy peasy. However, I received one bowl, Barbacoa, and chicken, so how is that even relevant?? How did you even make that mistake? Forgetting one or two items on an order, sauces, utensils are normal human error which doesn't bother more than two minutes and I forget, but the whole dinner for two people and they are closed when it was delivered? This is so messed up on so many levels.
