I play sports and was in serious lower back and hip joint pain. After visiting Clark Chiro for a few months, my pain is now way less than before. Dr. Ed Koneski is super friendly and knows exactly how to adjust you. He recommended some stretches and workouts and I’m feeling way better than before. Just be patient and it may take a few months, but it works. They’ve chair and flat bed massages that are helpful. The front desk staff (specially Millie) is super friendly and flexible in adjusting my schedule.
I highly recommend Clark Chiropractic Center. My mom and I came here for a car accident and we were both very satisfied with our results. Dr. Kosenski is one of the nicest doctors I’ve ever encountered, he’s excellent at what he does. Not to mention the office manager Millie! She makes you feel so welcomed right from the beginning and the rest of the staff as well. They are friendly, attentive and professional.
Starting with an unlucky series of rear-end collisions in the early 2000's, I had to turn to chiropractic care to alleviate back issues, primarily. I had been a patient of 3-4 chiropractic offices, all with some form of limited success, and then the demands of life and work caused me to stray away from "maintenance" appointments altogether for several years. With my back issues seemingly in good shape somehow, I began to run into a new problem - tension headaches. I had long heard that this ailment could also be rectified with regular chiropractic treatment, and began looking for one convenient to my work. I am so glad to have stumbled upon Dr. Clark. After watching several of his videos on YouTube, including one exclusively about headache treatment, I knew this was the office and Doctor for me. A month later, I have been extremely pleased with the results. Dr. Clark takes the time to explain HOW his adjustments will work to alleviate your condition, in a way that makes total sense and leaves you less than surprised when you rise from the adjustment table feeling considerably better. Unlike some chiropractors I have visited, he is more "forceful" in his adjustments and manipulation, and I say that in a good way. Chiropractic care isn't supposed to feel like a stone and oil massage at your local parlor - it is more clinical and should be done in a way that is actually adjusting the spine and releasing the gas that builds up within joints, discs, etc (thus causing pain). That being said, Dr. Clark is very careful to solicit your feedback along the way if any move he makes is causing discomfort or pain, which I certainly haven't experienced. About a month in (about 4-5 visits), and my headaches have reduced greatly and I feel like a million bucks when I walk out of there, every time. His office is actually an old, former "house" near Old Town Gaithersburg - very quaint, comfortable and rarely is there a wait of any significance. The office staff is polite and accommodating as well. I highly recommend Dr. Clark and his practice.
I recommend this place to anyone!!! The staff and the Doctor are very kind and they make you feel welcomed. The Dr. Goes over everything in detail which is great for those who want to understand their situations better. Dr. Kosenski was thorough in his examination and explanation of treatment. The adjustments are excellent and I def experienced improvement right away!!!
