Well, this was recommeded but not again. Daughter had nice guy but nails weren't what she wanted. Wrong shape and too thin. My lady, well. No greeting other then "sit". Kept slapping and yanking my fingers and hands. Plain rude attitude. They gave me $5 off and an apology. My nails were chipping the next day.
#6 did a terrible job on my gel manicure. There is polish on my skin and polish with gel coat stuck to the tip of multiple fingers. Top coat isn’t applied evenly. She attempted to let me walk out with one finger being polished with something in it causing a bump. On top of all of that there’s still overgrown cuticle the tech attempted to remove and just left behind. I’ll need to go let a professional fix them. No need to complain to John he doesn’t seem like he would’ve cared. Only giving 2 stars because Tan gives a 5 star pedicure!! Overall this place isn’t a warm or welcoming atmosphere. Would not be returning even if it was free.
I’ve been getting my nails done here for months and i love them every time. I’m never disappointed and everyone that works here is always in such a good mood. I am always in a good mood and laughing when i leave here ❤️❤️❤️
I loved my experience! The people here are so funny and make me laugh! They get you quickly and do great designs!! No stress, and tomorrow I know I can wake up happy with my nails!!
Our tech was hilarious! Took care of my MIL very gently (her hands shake & she has arthritis. We felt welcome immediately and they did a beautiful job. Definitely coming back!
