I had never used dry cleaning before getting my new job so I had no idea how it worked, but Grace has been very helpful since day 1! Whenever she sees me walking to the door she is already turning the machine and getting my clothes ready to hand out, which is so helpful especially when I am on the way to work and in a hurry! The cleaning service itself very fast, I never worry about getting my items late. All of the employees are very friendly and professional, I would definitely recommend Crest to anyone looking for high quality service!
I have been using Crest for more than 5 years. They have continually provided great service and when I have forgotten to pick up my clothing, have delivered it to my home. The staff are always professional and friendly. I am particularly lucky to have Eddie work at 'my' Crest. He is always efficient, quick to smile and he even remembers my name! (Hopefully, that's good. 😉)

I have used this Creast Cleaners in Germantown, MD for years and they have always been amazing! Today I was running behind and needed same day service on a large quantity of dress clothes for a wedding that I leave for tomorrow. Stefany was so kind and even waited for me to get there, despite the fact that I was several minutes late for the same-day service cut off of 11am! She helped me out when I needed it most and I truly appreciate that kind of customer service!! Came in to get a suit cleaned for a wedding and the staff was amazing. The store is clean, organized, and well-managed. I've been twice since my first time and I do plan to continue to take clothes to them!
