Sonia is super helpful. She is trying to help me remove couple spots on my suit jacket. Every time when I come to this store I always get amazing customer service. People here always work very hard and I always get my clothes back the next day or two days later. My clothes always super clean also looks brand new when I get them back. Thank you guys and I always appreciate the customer service.
From the first moment I was greeted by Sonya (sp?) the assistant manager, I knew this was not your typical dry cleaner chain. The early morning cheer, the clear description of services (their points system, tech savvy delivery process, alteration offerings, and, of course cleaning), and the competitive up-front pricing made for a pleasant experience. I realize dry cleaning isn't like Michelin dining, but Crest Advanced Dry Cleaners certainly makes the attempt. Looking forward to bringing my fine garments for service in the future.
Sonya is the best! She is always super polite, very helpful and always has a beautiful smile when she greets you. Crest does a great job on my dry cleaning, but Sonya is the reason that I will continue to go back.
I love Crest. They are same day which isn't readily available in the area. Drop off is super easy through the drive through at the location I use. Staff - especially Sonia - are super friendly. I can't say enough good things about Crest.
