I recently had the pleasure of choosing Floor Concepts & Design for the installation of Canadian Maple hardwood in my living room and two stairs, and the results have exceeded my expectations. I was recommended this company by one of my neighbors and had one of the best experience using them. Entire process was done smoothly, from start to finish. My husband and I were recommended to Mr. Ali/Floor Design and Concepts after seeing his fabulous work at a friend's house. We recently purchased a home with old wooden floors which were in desperate need of refinishing and re-staining. Additionally, we needed some carpet removed from two rooms and new wooden floors installed. Mr. Ali is very knowledgeable. He carefully explains to you the various products/choices available and which would be best suited and most cost effective. Additionally, given that it was an older home, he explained what the challenges are and suggested ways we can ensure our floors can last for the longer term (basically how we can care for them). Mr. Ali and his team did a great job repairing and refinishing the older floors and expertly matched the stain with the new floors installed. Really you can see no difference, it's perfect! Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the results. The work done on the older floors has totally transformed the way the house looks and feels. I would recommend Mr. Ali and his efficient team at Floor Design and Concepts to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced floor team.
From the minute we walked into the store to weeks after the work was completed we were absolutely treated with the upmost professionalism and have truly established a long lasting trusting relationships with Ali. We had original wood floors which were neglected and abused repaired, restored and modernized, throughout our home. We experienced nothing but exceptionally high quality workmanship, that was on time and on budget. Very direct and insightful advise was given along the process and we were educated on the methodology of the work. At the same we were provided with multiple options in selecting our final stain color and finish. Our floors look brand new and we’ve established a friendship that goes beyond hardwood floors. I have used Floor Concepts to sand existing floors and install LVP on 2 separate projects. Both projects were done on time and on budget. Ali is very easy to work with, he has excellent time and project management. He also gives great flooring suggestions and uses high quality products The guys that did the work were on time, polite, very neat and did a great job.
