I took a sample of the sewing job I wanted and they did not follow the sample. Two expensive nightgowns not done properly. The dry cleaning is ok. Had to send a bedspread and shirt back because of spots that were not there when I took them in. They recleaned them ok. The lady at the counter is nice and helpful.
This is my go to spot for dry cleaning and hemming - kind and friendly service and I have never have had a problem in my 5+ years coming here. For one dress of sentimental value, they went above and beyond in helping me. It’s reasonable/expected pricing for the high quality, convenience, and customer service.

Poor morale, as someone else wrote. I dropped some shirts for my husband who takes them everyweek there, and they induced me to dry clean, after having asked them to do what is usual in his account, to later charge $7 per shirt. Real bad faith. Not coming back, just lose your customers this way.
