I had a sliding glass door that needed to be replaced after being shattered by a rock while weed-whacking. I was able to get an estimate within a day of contacting them. They came out and measured everything so that they could make sure that the glass was custom fit to the right size. They did an awesome job with the installation (remover/cleaned up the broken glass) and the new door fit perfect. The whole process from the payment to the installation was great! Definitely will use them again if I need anything else replaced!

Glass & Mirror Services of Frederick, My name is Curt Sloan. On 8/7/23 I responded to Glass and Mirror services and was met by technician "Bubba." I explained to him that I had an upper window sash with a broken outer pane. He another employee examined the frame I brought in, analyzed the problem and took immediate action. They were able to locate the exact upper sash, change out some key parts and provide some particular information regarding this type of window. All of this occurred within thirty-five minutes. I was able to walk out with the exact window and install it within an hour. The problem of the outer broken window pane was resolved with the utmost of efficiency. Since this window faces the front street it certainly gives our home a residence a much more beautified look. Technician "Bubba" and the technician who assisted him should be highly commended for the excellent service they provided. They are top notch employees and should be recognized as such. Glass on one side of my Outdoor Light fixture was broken. It would cost me at the least fifty USD to replace the complete fixture and some time. But when in ringed and visited Glass&Mirror business they provided with a good enough replacement glass for a very reasonable price and I was quickly able to replace the broken side. Thank you.
