Installation of Gas Line for my stove. Richard was very knowledgeable regarding what was needed for installation. Richard was able to install the needed equipment in a timely manner while training an apprentice. A full overview of the setup was conducted after the install. sealing was a bit messy outdoors but great job overall.
This company is top-notch! Professional from start to finish. Matt M provided a detailed explanation of the system to be installed, answering any questions we had. He was very thorough and the estimate seemed reasonable. He also followed up throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable, and inspired confidence. Colin contacted us promptly to schedule installation and made sure we knew what to expect. Dave and the crew worked together well and did the installation with minimal disruption to us. Dave tested each component of the system to make sure it worked, before leaving. He also took time to explain how to operate and maintain the units. They cleaned up and removed the old units, and left it all clean. We were very pleased and would not hesitate to use them again!
From the initial contact with Matt (sales) to the installation team and follow up with Collin (install supervisor) everything was amazing. Matt explained the financing options we had available through the State of Maryland, which was an easy process, to Collin coming out and taking a look to explain what would be needed to be done. All of them were very professional. Collin even had to make an extra trip and explain they would need to redo the return area in order for the unit to fit into the attic. Our first install date was cancelled due to weather but was quickly rescheduled and they arrived on time in the morning of the install. They walked through what they were going to do and then started working. It was a long day for them but everything was completed in one day and they cleaned up afterwards. Dave and his install team were very professional and did a great job. Collin came back out after everything was completed and provided some additional advice on operating the system. We have noticed a tremendous change in our house since we installed the new heat pump system. We are going to be signing up for the club membership for the maintenance when they come back in 6 months to do the routine maintenance check. Hagerstown Heating & Cooling is one of the best companies we’ve worked with. They are friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. They call regularly to remind you about maintenance visits, and when them come on site they are incredibly respectful of your residence and your time. Our first experience was due to a problem with our heater fuel pump, and after that we signed up for their membership program. We’ve been fortunate to only require their regular spring and fall maintenance visits to ensure our system is still properly working and ready for the upcoming season, but nevertheless, they continue offer great deals on their other services, and deliver a great experience each time. I would highly recommend them to anyone in this region.
Rich and Dan came out to look at our plumbing and to give us a estimate to replace it all, which we knew had to be done. One week later we have all new plumbing! The guys were very informative throughout the work, they made sure everything was working and cleaned up before leaving both days “2 day job” My wife and I are very happy with the work.
