I recommend using Hagerstown Paint and Glass Company, Inc. if you need a new garage door. The website was my starting point and I used the template to design the door I wanted. There are so many choices! I emailed the plans and we set up an appointment. I use the internet to do my shopping and communicating so from that standpoint it was excellent service. I'm sure you can go the usual route and go into the showroom. The installation was done in one day, and the worker cleaned up the area, leaving my garage floor cleaner than he found it! :)
Recently had a garage door opener installed. Kathryn was able to get me scheduled very quickly, and the 2 gentlemen that did the installation were very courteous and professional, and got the job done quick. My opener is working great; very quiet, quick, and smooth. Awesome job and highly recommend!
The good- The service technician was professional and efficient, a very nice gentleman. The bad- Slow service (It took 13 days for the service technician to return and re-program the door limits after a broken spring repair) and an overcharge of service fees. We had been satisfied customers for many years with no problems. We will not use this company again.
I had the four front Bay windows replaced, and HPG did a fantastic job,. Right up front the quote was a fair quote, the sales personnel kept me informed all through the process. Because of COVID 19 the wait for the windows to be manufactured and delivered was a little long, however right on schedule per their quote. The installer Chuck Mullinix did an excellent job, he was very meticulous and thorough in the installation and clean up, he took his time to measure and install, explained everything almost step by step. After installation, Chuck cleaned up everything. The installer made me feel like not only did I purchase a quality window package, but also purchased a high quality installer. Very satisfied and pleased with all aspects of the windows and installation. Very good choice, and I highly recommend HPG to anyone.
Extremely disappointed. I dropped off a glass table top template on Jan 27 and asked for a quote. 1 month and 4 calls later, still no quote. Each call resulted in a promise to get back to me later that day of the next. This was a month wasted. I’d rather I was told they weren’t interested in providing the glass top.
