    I had an emergency repair on a stove for one of my tenants right before the holiday. H&M was super responsive and I had an appointment for the next morning. They ended up needing a part and were able to get the part that day and have the stove fixed the next morning so the tenants could entertain their guests. Will use them again!

    My experience with Henry was fantastic! He serviced my fridge, range oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer. He educated me on what he was doing while doing the work. This job required multiple trips because parts had to be ordered, but the experience each time was great. He was professional and he provided great customer service. Thank you Henry!!

    I highly recommend H&Ms Appliances Repair to anyone,especially the technician Henry. My fridge had some issues and he was able to fix all of them. He was very professional, pleasant and punctual. He explained everything that needed to be done. I was fully satisfy by the service.

    My experience with Henry Kente was nothing shy of stellar. Henry came at the scheduled time and had to work within my narrow time constraints to ensure that he came back with the required parts to complete the job the same day. Truly the consummate professional he explained everything patiently and was pleasant, courteous and honest. As a landlord with multiple properties, I will be sure to request Henry for any appliance repair.

    *Update: Seriously go elsewhere as it's not worth it. Both John and Henry will tell you one thing to your face and do another, especially if your landlord is paying them. Our experience with this company has been nothing short of humiliating and extremely stressful.* John was sent out to repair the refrigerator that is in our rental and it has been an ongoing nightmare for nearly a month. He can't ever seem to keep his story straight and didn't bother to order the parts the 2nd technician he sent out said was needed. John's answer seems to usually default to 'keep an eye on it,' 'turn the temp down,' or 'unplug it for a minute' but our appliance has a temp range of around 15 degrees. Since we are working with our property manager with this vendor, the inability of John to keep his stories straight or keep his word to anything that comes out of his mouth it is causing additional tension with our management company, not to mention my employer due to all of the miscommunication from John. Save yourself the stress and go with a different company. Henry isn't any better. He will tell you that you need a fan motor for your refrigerator and a temperature sensor then turn around and tell your property manager the appliance is completely fine and no parts are needed.
