David and his colleague from Image Glass were fantastic to work with. My growing kittens managed to knock over a huge standing mirror I had neglected to fasten to the wall. I called several glass companies who had strong reviews, and David was the most responsive (and quoted me the best price). He came and picked up the mirror and returned it once repaired. I also asked him to hang it on the wall, and I was very impressed with the care and attention he took doing that. He made sure several times that it was level, and placed it exactly where I wanted it. He even removed it and got another tool from his truck to be able to make the screws flush with the mirror before hanging it again. He and his colleague were attentive to detail - cleaning the mirror and using a hand vacuum to clean up once they were done. David is a class act, and Image Glass did a great job. The closer on our glass entrance door at New4You Thrift Boutique (4909 Cordell Avenue in Bethesda) fell off last week. We called Image Glass about doing a repair or replacement. Based on pictures we texted him, David gave us a reasonable price quote to replace the closer and offered to do the work later that same day, which ended up not being convenient for us. He came the next business day at the time promised, quickly replaced the closer with one that fits more securely on the door frame, adjusted the closer mechanism to meet our requirements, and thoroughly cleaned up the work area. We highly recommend Image Glass!
