I recently engaged JB Appliance for a repair service on my Bosch Dishwasher, and I feel compelled to share my experience for the benefit of other customers.
My interaction with JB Appliance involved three appointments, and I'd like to provide a breakdown of each:
Appointment 1: During the initial diagnosis, I was charged $99, which was not credited towards the eventual repair cost. While I understand the need for this fee, a lot of companies will credit this to the cost of the repair.
Appointment 2: The repair was successfully completed, addressing the issue with the Crystal Dry drying feature. However, shortly after this appointment, I noticed that the drying performance was not up to par.
Appointment 3: I decided to contact JB Appliance again to have them investigate the ongoing drying issue. They performed diagnostics and made some adjustments, which initially seemed to improve the situation. However, after this appointment, I noticed a concerning problem: the dishwasher door began making a clicking and grinding sound when opened.
When I raised this issue with their customer service, I was informed that I would be responsible for the cost of addressing the door problem since they considered it a separate issue from their previous work. This response left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. In my view, if the door issue emerged as a direct result of their work during Appointment 3, it should be covered as part of their service guarantee.
I want to emphasize that this experience has left me questioning the reliability of their "guarantee" and the overall quality of their service. I urge potential customers to be cautious and not solely rely on positive reviews. While JB Appliance may have some satisfied customers, my experience highlights the importance of clarity regarding fees, a commitment to addressing issues that arise as a result of their service, and a more customer-centric approach to resolving problems.
I hope this review prompts the owner of JB Appliance to address these concerns and consider a more equitable resolution to my situation. It's essential for businesses to uphold their promises and ensure customer satisfaction, and I believe JB Appliance can do better in this regard.

This company was amazing! After contacting several plumbers about a dishwasher issue with no luck, I reached out to JB Appliance and they responded immediately. They sent a technician out the next morning who found the issue, fixed the issue, and even gave tips on how to make the dishwasher more efficient. The price was reasonable, and it was exactly what I was looking for! Highly recommend if you are having any sort of issue with an appliance.

Luis was great all around. He arrived early, assessed the issue with my gas dryer, and competed repairs quickly. He also gave me tips on how to avoid a future relapse. Service fee was very fair.
