absolutely recommend it! K&K is the best! they installed hard floor for my new house nearly 3 years ago. it is nice job. the point is, after 5 years, the wood actually have quality issue and it has beetle holes (these is nothing to do with the installation). James' very warm to help solve the problem and finally the pieces with problem get replaced. I don't usually write review, but I really have to give 5 stars to K&K and recommend to my friends.
Good customer service and well recommend and they have different options on wood and different variety on materials and hardwood floors
They are the worst. Short you on supplies if you dont pay attention. My family spent alot of money here getting items to renovate houses. We will no be returning due to poor service.
