They had what i needed in stock. I tried other companies with the same supplies and they didn't have it on hand . The young man john around the back of the building was extremely helpful he was already waiting for me to load my truck he already had the stuff on the dock before i even got around back .

I have been a loyal customer here for over 10 years. I thought that it meant something to this company but as Covid-19 started to take a hit on the raw materials it takes to produce these materials i started to notice only companies with big money were still getting the materials. I understand they want to keep their biggest customers as should everyone but its to a point where things are getting monopolized. Products that are limited are being sold to the highest bidder or someone that is greasing the wheels. I have contacted all the reps and get the same story. I have been a witness to many of these same materials being loaded on other customers trucks and we have yet to get a call or email. I also want to state that they are not going to tell me that anyone else from another company had orders in 1st because we have been contacted them for over a year and no response. I am also friends with MANY other contractors and have been told when they get materials and where so I know for a fact they are getting these materials and only calling who will pay the most. I guess loyalty from a small business means very little to Metro Sealant. I won’t be back I can’t deal with a company that will put money before customer loyalty, and I am actually getting called back from all of their competitors when they have materials these materials in.

I’ve owned a small caulking and waterproofing company for 25 years. I bought material from several companies in that time. I must say Metro Sealants in Baltimore shines. Their professionalism and positive attitude is rare these days. In particular Mary is unsurpassed and her knowledge of material and spec. Behind the counter Tray and Adam are also positive hard workers. If you need caulking or waterproofing materials I would highly recommend Metro Sealants Baltimore

Will never do business with Metro Sealant again. Ordered 9 caulk, 5 whites were expired, and 1 sandy beige was charged but they didn't even have it in stock. None existent inventory organization. I had to call them 2x to get the sandy beige caulk credited, and asked them to resend me the 5 whites and make sure they are not expired. Waited 2 weeks for the 5 whites, called 4 times, no one bothered to tell me they don't have any un-expired whites in stock. No one emailed me. I'm down to the wire on a project and finally they tell me they don't have anything.

Trey Watts was wonderful so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. You need to drive beside the building for the office and the stock comes up from the driveway down the hill.
