I called and set an appointment to get my dryer repaired. They are the most local repair service and I wanted to support the business. My appointment was a 2 hr window and the technician never showed or called. I called the number and spoke wth someone who told me they would contact the tech and have them call. This happened twice. I eventually just set an appointment for another day. Next day same thing. Now they wont even answer their phone.
I cannot recommend them to anybody. They will not keep their appointment and they do not seem to care. Find a repair service that at least is professional enough to contact you about not keeping appointments.

By far the worst company I have ever done business with. They came out in a timely manor and recharged my refrigerator. I understand, no warranty (I was told that upfront). That's understandable and I have no issue with that. We took a shot to see if it was something that could be repaired. I paid $305 for him to give it a shot of freon. That sounds a little on the high side in my opinion but still. I agreed. I asked for a receipt\bill that said it cost more to repair it then to replace it because that was what he told me. I understand that its not repairable but my home warranty wont honor anything that's not on a receipt. How hard is it to take 5 minutes and write a ticket for me? We called 3 times asking for this and have yet to get a phone call back. Oh and to make things better you have to pay and $85 service fee even if they make repairs. Not worth it and they will never get any business from me or anyone I know.

Tried to call this place to schedule a freezer repair. Their line went to a national answering service where I had to give my info to two different people and was quoted two different prices.
Will not be using.

Called to set up an appointment. No answer and the recording said " This person has not yet set up their voice mailbox." Not your best first impression.

I would definitely recommend this company and their services. Their repairman who did our fans and an exhaust fan was knowledgeable, he was also very professional and accommodating. Thanks!
