Normandy Carpet was fantastic! My basement did not have enough airflow to dry the extracted moisture and as a result the carpet did not look entirely clean after the 1st cleaning. Normandy Carpet came to my home 4 times for touch ups to make sure the job was done right. All of the carpets they cleaned in my home ultimately ended up looking great. Highly satisfied with their service and definitely recommend.
Carpet was thoroughly cleaned. I found two easily removed small stains using hydrogen peroxide. I also had our floor tile grout cleaned. The grout required some additional cleaning after the worker said they were done. He scrubbed the grout that was not quite clean making it satisfactory. The price was right for both services.
Normandy folks are highly professional and competent. They really care about their customers -and their carpets - and do a wonderful job. Our very old dog “christened” a new carpet twice shortly after it was laid, and Normandy came over right away to repair the damage so it looks like new.
