Came here on a whim for a bite to eat. The reviews were great and the weather was great so we figured this would be ideal. We arrived and were seated outside. To the side of the restaurant, there is an alley way that was converted into a table area. We were seated in the back corner abutting a playground. Because it was a make shift area to sit, I just wasn't enjoying where we were placed. It gave the vibe of a forgotten area. There were some wonderful places to sit towards the front of the restaurant and on the main patio but we were given these seats. Food wise, the food was outstanding though. The food was so good that it can make people easily forget anything else that may be a negative. We ordered a bread for dipping into oil. Probably a glorified pita bread but it was delicious. I could eat this all day. We ordered some fried mozzarella which was nearly perfect as well. My son ordered for his main meal a kids pizza which was half the price and just as big as the adult pizzas. Now my pizza was literally perfect as well. I enjoy white pizzas and this pizza hit the spot. I would say that while the service was good, and while our waitress was very friendly, we were forgotten in the corner outside. The vibe felt like we would be forgotten where we were and it came to fruition eventually as well. I would recommend the restaurant cut out maybe the last 4 or 5 tables in the alleyway but it is up to them. With all this said, I would gladly come here again without hesitation as the food is top notch.

My name is Antonio Gavin, I'm Italian and I arrived today( 06/24/2023) in the city of Frederick. Thank goodness I found this restaurant. I would like to leave my observations here. This restaurant really uses Italian products. The pizza, coffee and desserts are perfectly matched. If you are looking for a genuine Italian place, this is the place.

Conveniently located a few blocks down from the downtown canal and shops, this little restaurant packs serious potential! Visually charming from its interior barn doors, brick ovens, rhythm and blues memorabilia, music and their patio setting next to an adorable little park (perfect for a family with children). The food was delicious and our server Jeremy did well with his recommendation of the chef specials as well as an excellent job at being very attentive. The reason for my low scoring comes down to the host, an older white woman who stood at the door with a stone cold face. No attempt at all to be inviting. I found it odd that a place with all this charm fell short on the most important thing (customer service). I prefer not to jump to conclusions but I did question if my party of mixed races was a factor, however given the picture of the late legend Nat King Cole and the selection of music I told myself that this could not be the case. I would also be surprised that @ Nezihpistarro the establishment owner who takes pride in his business and events that raise funds to help those less fortunate would be okay with such behavior. I hope that it will be addressed. It would be exceptional to visit again and refer others if I can truly believe that they will feel welcomed. I give this place 3 stars!

Pisatorro's is one of those rare places that you want to return to again and again as you dream about their pizza and brussel sprouts. Their gluten free crust is expensive but amazing as they bring in their gf flour from Europe. So amazing that you will want to ask for olive oil and parmesan to savor every last bit of crust.

Pizzas were fantastic. Crust was very tasty on its own. Lots of topping options, some classics and some fun new combinations. Our favorite was the Funghi. Our salads were good, not great (although the little bread thing with the Caesar salad rocked). Next time we'll skip these to have more room for pizza! The vibe is very chill, laid back, and homey. We felt very relaxed, and our server was friendly and attentive.
