Ken and his team were prompt, courteous and above all very detail oriented with the work effort. They took their time to ensure a quality job and they made all of the windows, doors and skylights look new. The house is now much brighter. We had a wonderful experience with precision window & power washing! Our house and driveway look brand new again thanks to Ken and Johnny! . Ken is such an easy going, easy to work with guy and his customer service is top notch! He gave us a quick, fair quote to wash our siding, driveway and windows. We are in the middle of packing for a move and couldn't do the windows the day of our wash because a lot of them were blocked inside (yes they wash the inside of your windows not just the outside!!!). He was so understanding and flexible, said "no big deal" readjusted the quote and still did a magnificent job on our driveway and siding. We will definitely be using Ken and his team again in the future!

Avoid at all costs. Broke one of our windows 2 years ago and promised to take care of it. He pleaded he was unable to make good because of money being tight and we agreed to give him time, but he kept pushing it off and pushing it off and two years later he is still ignoring his obligation.
