They helped to review and place an order for custom-made windows; recommended to replace glass on one of our windows instead of replacing whole window (this saved us a lot of money); went above and beyond during windows installation and new windows look great now.. Their expert technician Yaro came in to visit and worked with me to provide a competitive quote for 3 windows. The top window panel of my garden window had become all fogged up, probably due to broken seals. I wanted to know if I could replace just that one panel and not have to replace the whole garden window since those are very expensive. Yaro came to my house to do an estimate. He was very professional, friendly, and thorough. I appreciated that he took his time, and checked the inside and outside to make sure they would be able to do the job correctly. He confirmed that they would be able to replace that one window panel. The estimate came out to be very fair, and lower than two other companies. About one week later, two gentlemen came to do the installation. They were also very professional, did a great job, and cleaned up after they were done. The window looks great, and I am happy with their work. It has been a painless process, and I would definitely use them again.
Maybe the only company that would replace damaged window glass. Other companies wanted to replace the entire window and they had a 3 window minimum. Fair price, quality product and installation. Premier is my go to company for all things glass.
