Where do I start?! I was a complete damsel in distress. Found a new home for my family and it needed major TLC. Frank saved the day at the very last minute and did not disappoint! Very thorough in ways that I never expected (carpeted areas inside closets and small hidden spaces). Pet smell gone, urine stains gone, carpets looks plush and brand new. Kept in touch and sent pictures once the job was completed. I am extremely satisfied with his professionalism, punctuality and thorough work!! Professional Carpet Care went above and beyond to get my carpet looking like they! They cleaned all the carpet in my three story townhome in just over 2.5 hours, and they did such an amazing job! They were very responsive to phone calls and messages, and they were very easy to schedule with. I highly recommend their services! My only regret is that we didn’t hire them to clean when we first moved in!
I hired Professional Carper Care to clean my entire house carpets before my baby due date. Frank was amazing! He was on time, affordable, and did wonders on my carpet. All the stains from 4 kids are now gone and he also left my house smelling fresh. My old carpet feels new and plush. This is my third cleaning and it was the best service.
