Renewal By Anderson is the company that professionally installed 9 new FiberX windows in my home on 3/9/23. The crew showed up on time, covered the floor areas and furniture for protection and a clean up afterwards. The workmanship was very professional and any questions or concerns were addressed by the excellent crew leader. I’m so happy about this FiberX installation that I will purchased my next 9 windows and sliding glass doors in 2024 for sure. I highly recommend RBA if you are looking for a high quality product not just a cheap fix window installation.
Renewal by Anderson replaced 3 patio doors. The crew were very professional and took great pride in their work, which now days is almost nonexistent. From the moment the crew arrived, they worked in a timely and efficient manner. They were very polite and respectful of me and my home. Once the job completed Paul, took the time to confirm that I was pleased with the job and reviewed the function of the doors. From the beginning Jennifer Schnakenberg was excellent in helping me choose the right patio doors and windows. Paul and his staff did a fantastic job of installing the patio doors and windows. He explained everything we needed to know when using the lock and the security of the doors. The staff cleaned up thoroughly. We had 14 windows and one sliding French door installed. We are very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. Ivan and his team were skilled and very professional. Emil and his crew arrived on time for our window installation. While Emil is not a native speaker, his English is impeccable so no communications issue whatsoever. They were very gracious about having to put up with another contractor’s crew working on home repair and siding at the same time. They replaced 2 triple-casement windows, 2 single casement windows and 1 tall 3-pane patio door (perma-shield) in three separate rooms. They were efficient (all done in about 6 hours) and did a fantastic job. I have very high standards and typically will notice the tiniest imperfection and I am very satisfied with the end-result. I monitored progress throughout to make sure there were no gaps around the window (no issues there) and the final caulking around the window is perfect. They took care to protect the flooring and nearby furniture, and they cleaned everything before leaving. I am also very grateful that they double-checked with me on the opening side of the single casement windows as they rightly thought the initial design was not the best and we ended up switching the 2 windows (make sure you think this through when you place your order as last-minute changes may not always be possible!). Not all crews are equal, but this one is excellent! Thank you Emil and team! I love my new windows!
