I highly recommend Safety Window Glass repair LLC. They repaired the shuttered glass in a large double-pane sliding glass door. They are professional and friendly with great customer service and attention to detail. The door looks good and it's very hard to tell it was ever broken.

When you need something glass repaired or replaced, it's not usually something that can wait 3-6 weeks like all the big companies were telling me. He was at the house in less than an hour, and new glass was installed in less than 24 hours from the first call. Do not waste your time even calling any other company.
Our single-pane glass, wood-framed windows are 20+ years old, but have served the home well per the previous owners of our home. One of the single glass panes was cracked during their move-out and I was connected to Ben at Safety Window Glass Repair after finding out that there are some businesses that specialize in double- and others that can accommodate with single-pane window glass repair. Contacted Ben on a Monday and set a time to meet on Thursday the same week. He arrived a little after the set time but upon his arrival, he promptly assessed the issue, clearly explained his proposed approach to fix and mitigate any mess, conducted his work, and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Ben was extremely polite and professional and it took him a little over an hour to complete our job. As the glass was repaired today, I can only speak to the good character of Ben and the prompt and visually satisfactory repair work he conducted. Hopefully we won’t need another repair anytime soon, but we will be calling Ben again if we do.
We had a crack across a window in our home and knew it needed to get fixed before cold weather started. Ben came quickly and assessed the window even while darkness had set in already.
