Super Cleaners does not lists prices for good reason. I was charged over 40 dollars for a single 2 piece suit and a sports jacket. All items were returned to me visibly soiled with lint and unrecognizable hair fibers. For those curious on price I was charged 14.59 per jacket and 8.69 per pant, plus an environmental fee. Paying over 20 dollars to have a suit dry cleaned only for it to be returned soiled is not acceptable.

Despite prices listed on a card at counter I was charged considerably more for a zipper and button replacement. Despite showing clerk the listed price, she said price went up and changed price on the card! Would not budge.

It's hard to believe there's still a downtown Bethesda drycleaner with free parking, in the midst of all of the restaurants and bustling activity. But it's there, I patronize it regularly, and have used the alterations service a few times too. Very nice people, great quality and service. I especially like the email notifications on the progress and completion of my order.

I didn't have any lost clothing items until recently. When I picked up some of my long sleeved casual business shirts the last couple times, they lost 2 shirts and 2 other shirts that they returned actually had tiny burned holes. I don't recall if they charged me for my shirts that they burned and lost. My suspicion is that they realized they damaged my shirt and tossed it without acknowledging it.
10/24/19: These are the two shirts returned that the place destroyed. See pictures for yourself if Google approves the posting. The dry cleaner may have paid Google to disallow posting of true pictures. Who knows?!

So I dropped some things off to be altered. Not dry clean. Asked for alterations had measurements done. Went to pick up. 200 bucks. Its not 10 for pants. Its 10 a leg. 10 follars a suit sleave. 40 dollars for a skirt 20 for skirt 20 for liner. And they dry CVleaned everything on top of it. So what i thought was going to be 50 bucks ended up way more.
When i asked to speak with someone about it was basically told tough these are our prices.
