STAFF WAS INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY AND PERSONABLE!!! BROKE OUR FAUCET’S HEAD ACCIDENTALLY AND IT WAS A NUISANCE.. I HAVE TO CALL T & P APPLIANCES CARE ROCKVILLE OVER AND THE TECHNICIAN WHO CAME OVER FIXED AND REPLACED IT RIGHT AWAY.. HE EVEN SUGGESTED THAT I SHOULD NOT GO SUPER THRIFTY WITH MY APPLIANCES AND CHOOSE A GOOD BRAND FOR IT WILL COST ME MORE IF I DO CHEAP OVER QUALITY ALWAYS.. I’LL ABSOLUTELY REMEMBER THAT.. THANK YOU!
I am very satisfied of the technician’s work with our oven! He got it fixed in no time and did an excellent job with it! I would really recommend this company to those who are looking for quality appliances repair services.
Paid 65$ for the tech to come out. Then needed to pay 225$ to fix my dryer. After the tech told me he fixed it, we paid him 225$. The dryer was not fixed. I texted him to come back. He didnt respond. I called him, he told me to send my address, and that if he could not come that saturday he would come by monday. I sent my address. Monday came. No tech, no call back, no working dryer, and 225$ + 65$ down the drain. I texted him 4 times, no response. I call. He told me he would be there by the end of the day. He didnt come. We disputed the 225$ with the card company. The next day, I called the store and asked what happened. Office worker said he would call me back. Called a second time, 4 hours later. Someone else answered. Said I would get a call in 45 minutes. Didnt happen. Called a 3rd time another 4 hours later, hung up on me. Called a 4th time, told me they would call me back by the end of the day. Did not call me back today. NO RESPONSE. UNPROFESSIONAL TECH, AND OFFICE ATTENDANT. NO COMMUNICATION. .. communication was the big one for me. They took almost 300$ and did not fix my unit, and did not give me a call back. If someone had communicated properly with me about times, what was wrong with the unit, and scheduling - I would not be complaining. I would have been glad to pay more if there was more wrong with my unit. Stay away from this company by any means. Update 11.13.2020: They contested the charge on my credit card, saying that I did not call them back and a woman was interfacing with the technician. No woman interfaced with the technician, on the phone or in person, at any time.
