Very friendly and professional, they have a professional tailor on site, performed my alterations as requested. Best dry leaning and extra starch on my shirts and dress pants. Good family atmosphere and they remembered my name as I entered their dry cleaning buisines. Great price and value for my money.

This is not meant to be a review of their dry cleaning services; it is intended to be a Public Service Announcement. This place WILL lose your items. I am moving on before my items are gone forever, and I am offered $17 for my troubles.
A couple of months back, I took these guys a brand new custom suit, which I had not even worn yet. I was nervous about how much I spent on the suit but questioned how often does an item of clothing go missing at the dry cleaners? Sure enough, when I go in to pick it up, they can’t find it. Of course, the first words out of their mouth was “you must have picked it up, can you check at home.” I did not have it at home, and after several days and phone calls, they found it. While I did receive an apology, I did not receive a discount. Figuring this was a one-off event, I continued to use them for my dry cleaning.
Two weeks ago, I stopped in to pick up my routine cleaning, and they let me know that five shirts were missing. Again, I was asked to look at home. I looked for the items at home and they were nowhere to be found. I went back in to let them know and they still could not find my shirts. Three days later, I received a call while out of town, the shirts had been found. I stop in as soon as I get back and the shirts have gone missing again. I explained that this is the second item of clothing that they have lost and for the second time – to which they respond with “we are not targeting you on purpose.” I let them know that I was not taking the loss; personally, I simply could not believe it happened twice. I stopped back in 2 days later, and the shirts were found. I was offered a 20% discount on my next cleaning. At this time, I also notice two more things. First, there is a sign on the wall explaining that they will only cover up to 10 times the cost of the cleaning – shirts cost $1.70 to clean, which means if they never found my dress shirts, I would receive $17? Second, the lady next to me in line had her items lost too. Losing clothes is their thing!

Stay away. They ruined a suit and refused to accept any responsibility. They used a harsh chemical on a stain and it damaged the fabric irreparably.

This place was great, I needed clothes dry-cleaned and had some broken buttons that needed fixing and they were very efficient and were much faster than I expected! The staff was very nice and the location is on the way home for me so it is extremely convenient. Would highly recommend this to anyone in or around Bethesda!

Really upset about their lack of responsibility and professionalism.
I took my very new pants to this cleaner to make an alteration. When I came back for the pick up a couple of days later, the employees couldn't find them. During 2 months, the staff made me go back and forth at least 5 times (reasons: they needed more time to search for my pants, or the boss wasn't there or even was out of reach).
Finally, they decided to refund me. The pants cost me 22$ and the alteration 13$ (total: 35$). The owner only refund me 25$ (because of the wear, he said) -- Yet I've never worn them because I took them to Dryclean the very next day of my purchase...
Very bad experience !
