Visited Business on 17APR15: Arrived on site to get pricing on a tint job for a 2014 Ford Fusion. I asked some questions about quality and warranty of install. I explained to Trey Malott that my last experience, with a previous vehicle, were I was charged 350.00 and my 3M tint started pealing. I was inquiring about Suntek products because I was not familiar with the brand. I explained to him because of my last experience, I was a little hesitant and I have a high attention to detail. He said so did he and that he has been doing tint for 20 years. Then he got rude and asked if I would return my vehicle to the dealership if the paint wasn't perfect and that he wanted to take me out to my vehicle and show me the flaws in my paint. He said that I don't mean to come off as a (expletive), but I need to understand there will be minor flaws. I said I wasn't concerned with minor debris in film but the edges where my tint pealed the last time. He assured me that that should not be a concern. I scheduled the appointment after feeling confident the service they will provide. Contact by business 01MAY14 @ 0846am I was contacted the morning of drop off (1.5 weeks later), after I took off a half day of work, to be told that they are cancelling my appointment because I was not a "good fit" for their business and they don't think I would be pleased with their quality. I made a follow-up call, because I was in a meeting at the time of original call, to voice my concern. The salesman was short with me, told me he was concerned I would be to critical of workmanship. I asked for the managers number, he refused to provide it to me, and that I would need to come in to talk to him, but he was on a job out of town. I was not provided a time to come in. He brushed me off and was quick to hang up.
