I was able to schedule a walk-in appointment by way of quick phone call with Jon, who demonstrated excellent customer service and was polite and respectful when explaining detailing options. This place is the best! I accidentally had a gallon of water spill in my trunk and wasn’t aware for a few days, once it started to smell. I was very worried about potential mold and how to get rid of the odor. After researching a bunch of places, I reached out to Jon based on all the great reviews of his business. He was confident he could take care of it and he certainly did! He did the best job, cleaned the trunk and interior of the car, treated it to ensure there were no mold issues and got rid of the odor. My car is perfect and I’m so happy! I can’t recommend this business enough and I will definitely be back for more detailing in the future.
Insanely great job on a tricky paint situation. Jon and Simon are not only just good people, but they did an amazing job with my car. A chemical had sprayed onto my car, etching spots into the paint from bumper to bumper -- roof, doors, and even across the windshield. I drove over to see what they might be able to do, and Jon met me with a grin, said he could fix the damage and how he could do it. He gave me a reasonable estimate on the spot that he stuck to despite some special work needed on the roof, and we set an appointment for later that week. I dropped the car that morning and it was done by that afternoon. And it looks *stunning.* I truly enjoyed meeting the guys -- they're good people who enjoy what they do. We're lucky to have them local.
I am overjoyed with the incredible job done by Jon on my previously owned BMW! As I was new to the whole ceramic/graphene coating process, Jon took the time to explain everything to me and after examining my vehicle, he recommended a package that has my car looking showroom ready, like liquid glass, better than NEW! I recently purchased a preowned Porsche Cayman S and brought it over to Jonathan's shop to have a ceramic coating applied. Needless to say, I'm extremely thrilled with my experience as well as the results. Jonathan was very kind and transparent throughout the entire process, and really took the time to educate me on everything that needed to be done. Prior to working on my car, he even coordinated with the shop where I was getting my body work repaired, managing everything from its drop off, pick up, quality control and even the payment. The entire work was done meticulously and included daily updates on my phone.
