Highly recommend. I’ve used this place 3 times now and had great experiences all 3 times. James the manager is an ethical and responsible guy, and his employees all are good natured and helpful. Today there was a miscommunication on my part about the price; James didn’t question me at all and just charged me the lower price despite accidentally getting a more expensive service. My car looks amazing and I was able to get my shopping done and eat lunch while the guys did all the hard work. I think the prices are reasonable for the amount of work they do, and the time they save me!
I picked up my brand new Tesla on Dec. 22 2021. After it snowed In January 2022 I decided to give the Valet spa in Montgomery mall a try while I shopped. I came back in an hour tipped the guy and drove off. When I got to the first light turned around because product was running everywhere. Glossy and white areas appeared all over the doors. I spoke to someone ( not the guy that cleaned it) who explained the guy used the wrong product on the leather. He used a plastic coating. I asked him to get it off and he attempted to. It was a little better but over time has gotten worse! See pics. I have attempted to wipe it with water but it has not helped. Update: It has been over a week since my review and I reached out to James@valet spa as he requested, TWICE. No response. I have also called the number on the website and left a message, TWICE. So I went to vacuum my car out yesterday and removed the extra mats I purchased with my car to discover the retailer had thrown some cleaner all in the carpet and covered it up with my mats(probably realizing I only paid for vacuum). Pictures don’t lie and I’m glad I can advertise for them since I’m being ignored. Remember my car is less than two months old, so I didn’t need much interior cleaning at all but they managed to destroy it. Please see the pics I posted of my carpet.
Today was an awful experience. I showed up as the first customer of the day. I said I wanted an interior cleaning, I requested it be thorough, and I said don’t do anything to the exterior of the car. The employee said he would vacuum, wipe everything down, shampoo the carpets and condition the leather. I said sounds great, how much and he said $50. I repeated the figure back, “$50, right?” so we were clear since we both had masks on and he said “yeah, $50”. I gave him the keys and walked away to take care of somethings while I waited. After about 90 minutes I checked the ticket to see progress and noticed that the cost per the ticket was now $150. I inquired about the change in cost and the response I received via text message was “I said $150, not $50”, so I said that I was coming over. When I arrived to speak with the same employee, who now told me he was the manager, he kept telling me that he said $150 and that I heard what I wanted to hear and that I thought I heard $50 but he was clear with me before that it would cost $150. I tried to explain to him that his business has never charged me more than $150 for both an interior AND exterior top of the line detail on this car, so I cannot comprehend how just an interior cleaning would cost me $150 now. He just kept repeating to me that I heard what I wanted to hear and that I thought I heard $50 but he was clear with me before that it would cost $150. He then said he was even doing me a favor by giving me a free exterior detail and didn’t respond when I asked why after I explicitly said I don’t want anything done to the exterior of the car. I can’t help but feel that this manager unilaterally decided what I needed and that he could freely charge me for whatever he provided despite our previous agreement. The employee then pulled my car around and tried to give me today’s service for free — I ended up paying for the service but I had to persistently fight to pay the $50 cost we previously agreed. Today’s experience was a wholly unprofessional performance by the manager of this business. This is not a matter of the customer is always right but rather a customer experiencing the conduct of a dishonest professional who also couldn’t follow instructions. Before today I was a regular customer (all previous experiences have been 4-5 star) who would’ve recommended this business without hesitation and after today I will be going to literally any other car detailing business in the future.
Excellent car wash! I recently washed and waxed my car at this location and I was very satisfied. The staff provided me with an excellent customer service experience, especially site manager James King who treated my car like it was his own. You can be sure I will remain a customer of this Valet Spa location for years to come.
I was parked on the side with my blue Aston, the manager came up and offered me a free wash!! James King was extremely professional and polite. Car was awesome. Will be bringing my Aston Martin here more now. Even used a brand new cloth out of the bag and made me inspect it just to show me. They really care about the paint and treat customers right. Try IT, you won’t be disappointed. Ask for James King ( site manager)
