My Kitchen Aid refrigerator arrived with a broken wheel from the dealer and after over a year of back and forth Ken was the man who arrived and got it fixed! Once it was determined to best be resolved through my purchased warranty, I was contacted by Via Appliance Repair and was impressed with the promptness of the customer service department. A technician was dispatched within a week with the part I was told by my builder was needed. The technician quickly realized another small pin was needed and ordered it saying that it was in stock and I could expect to be contacted soon. Within a few days, Ken arrived and replaced the parts, leveled the unit and since the water lines were already hooked up he turned it on and walked my through flushing the lines. Within an hour, I had drinkable water and ice! I am so impressed with Via because both technicians did a great job! Ken even went the extra mile and made me a happy customer!

Jonathon, thanks for the follow-up. I appreciate your level of effort and willingness to get my refrigerator fixed but it is still broke. Your visit was the 6th or 7th time for the same problem. I bought this refrigerator new and it has never worked right. Not only is the refrigerator still broke my kitchen floor is all cupped from all the water leakage. I need to know how to claim this damage as well. I have to get a new refrigerator from Whirlpool. That's the only solution I can see.
I've spent hours on the phone waiting to speak with someone from Whirlpool Customer Care and when I finally did get someone they transferred me to someone else at which point I got disconnected. This happened to me twice. I'm at my wits end on this. Please advocate for me with your management and Whirlpool. Thanks for asking. Lane Parsons

Richard B. did a great job on checking if the ice forming under the ice maker (not inside the ice tray) for my Whirlpool WRS588FIHZ refrigerator was normal while I was still within Costco's 90-day exchange period.

Scheduling was very easy and convenient. Customer service was exceptional. My repair request was for - Dishwasher not drying the dishes. Christopher B. was the technician scheduled to come on Friday 7/29/22 between 1 pm and 4 pm. I received a call at approx. 11 am that he was running ahead of schedule and could get to my home within the next few minutes. I gladly accepted as I was available and working from home that day. He was very friendly, polite, professional and got to work immediately. He diagnosed the dishwasher issue within minutes. (Turns out the heating element wire was disconnected under the unit). He reconnected the wire, tested the system to ensure it was heating properly, ran diagnostics again on his meter and all readings indicated it was functioning correctly. Christopher B was very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I had. I can only hope that if another of my Whirlpool products fails and I need service, that Christopher B will be assigned to come to do the repairs! :)

Via Appliance Repair is absolutely fantastic. This was my first time using them and I was totally impressed. It was easy to set up an appointment on line and they texted me all through the day of the appointment to let me know where the serviceman was so I didn't have to wait in my house for hours. There serviceman, Andrew, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Extremely professional. He diagnosed the problem, repaired it and made sure he explained the repair. He made sure I was satisfied with the repair. I will totally use Via Appliance Repair for all my repairs in the future. This is a 5 star company!!
