Is this your business?
Just called them and asked how much they charged for a repair. The lady who answered said "You're asking for a free estimate over the phone. We don't do that. You can move on to the next option now." and hung up on me. They won't even give their prices over the phone. And their employee was very rude and unprofessional. I would advise against using this company.
Not really sure who operates this company, I get phone calls from different parties who say different things. Very strange business practices, and incredibly expensive. I paid 200 to something called Kabbage, for 45 minutes of work, but now they are calling me and want 70 more.
This business does not exist. The number sends you to a call center that sets up an appointment with a company that's "local" to you. The company they selected for me was DMV Discount Appliance repair. They did a fine job, but charged over $200 in labor for an hour of work. The reason for this is because the gentleman had to drive out from VIRGINIA to my home in Walkersville, MD. Long and short, the work was quality, but the price was obnoxiously high because of the way this sub-contracting business is set up. Find someone who's ACTUALLY local and you'll get the same result for much less money.
My experience was great. He was never late and the man was truly amazing! He was friendly and showed me the damage part of my washer. He installed the new one he got from his truck and it was all done in less than an hour. I find the price to be competitive with others.
First let me say this place isn't even in Walkersville. The picture is the side of the hair salon next to the Veterans Memorial at the corner of Main Street. I have an older stackable washer and dryer that stopped working. I thought it was the motor but it was actually the lock on the washer that wasn't working anymore. I called and explained the situation, then set up an appointment. The morning they were scheduled to come out I had a family emergency, they were very understand and rescheduled my appointment without charging me another $60. Which is why they are getting one star. When the service man came out, he looked at the washer and told me he's not supposed to touch anything that was taken apart. I told him I understood. But he chose to work on my washer anyway which I was grateful for. However, my washer isn't fixed. The cycles aren't advancing on their own. I have to stand there and turn the knob myself to advance it and hope the cycle is finished. When I called to speak to the service manager, all he told me was to call service man who worked on it. I already did that and was told by him that I needed to pay him to buy the part and fix it. Well, I just paid $320 for a service that wasn't done so no, I wasn't going to pay him any more. I called the company and spoke to the service manager again and got no reaction, no resolution, nothing. So I'm out $320 and have a washer that still doesn't work properly. There is no way I would ever recomend this repair shop to anyone, they charged me for a service that wasn't done nor did they even make attempt to apologize for what happened. Truly awful service and customer service
