I had Wheaton Door & Window come out and install our front entry door with sidelights & an a rather large I graves picture window. Installation was easy. Our door & side panels were done in one day & on a second date they replaced the window and framed it perfectly. Definitely recommend and will use again when we replace the Windows. Guys cleaned up the mess and were very polite. Thanks guys, job well done.

Minus the fact that we had to pay for what could have bought us a car, we loved our new front door and storm door. Unfortunately, the storm door did not hold up. A few pieces broke off after a few years. While they were willing to order me the parts to fix it, when I called to ask about having someone come look at the door (because it also does not really lock anymore), I was told I would have to pay MORE money to have someone come take a look at it. Otherwise, I could DRIVE 45 minutes to go pick up the parts... they could not even mail them to me (even though the door manufacturer mailed them to Wheaton Door and Window). I would DEFINITELY go somewhere else in the future for a door - a company who cares about past clients and wants to ensure the quality of their work and the products they sell. **UPDATE - Jim, the person who is helping me, does seem to feel bad and did call and say he would see if someone was in the area in the next week might be able to drop the parts off - unfortunately, until then, it is almost impossible to get in and out of our front door because the handle falls off...

Very poor customer service!!!!
The first lady that answered was rude. When I explained my situation she didn’t even say hang o I just heard a click and assumed I was on hold. Then A few mins later I just hear heavy breathing and I say hello and the male voice on the other end says “yeah“ not even a hello. I continue to explain how they did a poor job of installing our windows and that we have had multiple companies come out and tell us that they were installed wrong. So I asked him if he could send some one out to look and see what can be done. I was then placed on hold again and few mins later the guy picked up and again and said sorry there is nothing we can do they are to old. Maybe you should have caulked them. He doesn’t even know what the issue was. So as I started to explain to him my dissatisfaction he hung up on me. Do not work with this company, they can’t install properly and then won’t follow up on any of the issues they create. We have hundreds of townhouse with the same windows in them and as I walked through these are the only ones installed the way they were. My wife had them out in before I met her and she didn’t know any better. These guys took full advantage of that.

I just called to ask for a quote to repair a window in my living room. The woman who answered the phone stated, in a very annoyed tone, "we don't repair, we replace," and then hung up the phone. No goodbye, nothing. Incredibly rude. I can't imagine doing business with any company which takes this approach to communicating with customers.

Wheaton Door installed replacement windows for my home. The installers did a wonderful job. I will call this company again for my next home improvement.
