I took the service of Window Genie also because the reviews were good. I had a team cleaning my windows yesterday and this is the review I sent them today: The results are far from what we were expecting. I am not at all convinced of your method of cleaning the windows outside leaving the water to dry out, your colleagues assured there will not be spots after the water dries and as you can see in the pictures, there are spots all over. I asked on the phone previous to the service if you had the material, ladders etc to clean my windows as they are placed high and on the phone you answered yes, but at the end the idea is cleaning the outside with water propulsion and not drying it. Also for the inside your team was not well equipped to clean one of the high windows and I was all the time scared they would get hurt. They used a ladder they said was for the work outside and it ended up dirtying the wall, which the team tried to clean but I had to do at the end. Sincerely for the price you are asking, and that I never questioned as I thought it will be worth it, this is the result of a non professional. I am really very disappointed and obviously will never use your services again.

We've used them twice for our window cleaning and have been very happy. They show up on time. They cleaned the windows, the screens and window sills. All at a reasonable cost. I will be using them again.
