I'm not one to leave negative reviews but after reading some of the other reviews, I felt it was warranted. I'll start with the positive in that the lady that scheduled the appointment was very accommodating and polite. The service was sub par. The window sills weren't cleaned at all. I was asked if I wanted a screen reinserted in a high window (because it was a pain to put back in). I wouldn't pay to have the windows cleaned again by this company. I didn't call and complain as I was hoping someone would reach out to see how things went and to follow up. That didn't happen. When I just received a text message offering back to school discounts, it prompted me to look up other people's reviews to see if they had the same experience that I did and it seems many had.
Window Genie was amazing. I contracted Window Genie to pressure wash the siding on my home, front porch and rear wooden deck. John and Jose were prompt, friendly and professional as they worked on our house and it has never looked as bright (and dare I say newish?) and the staining that was on the side of the house that had been there since we moved in, is completely gone with no hint that great big staining from a tree that went up 2 stories up the side of my house, was ever there. My porch and deck look great too. Our house has never looked this good! I would definitely recommend using Window Genie and will definitely use them again. Thank you!
What an absolutely wonderful surprise my experience was! From my first contact, to the actual install…I was given a fair estimate, a good appointment date, and excellent service by the technician (Jose), who called before arriving, was on time and could not have been more courteous or informative… Jeff and Cindy run an excellent establishment!!!
