We decided to go with Worldwide Waterproofing and Foundation Repair after some flooding in our basement that revealed major drainage issues in our home. Steve came to take a look at our basement and provide a quote. He was warm and friendly and totally sold us on working with this. The crew that arrived to perform the work was excellent - communicative and thorough. They walked me through each part of the project and alerted me if they ran into an issue. The crew was on time and the clean up was stellar. We have had no issues since and we look forward to being able to enjoy our basement again. Thank you!
From start to finish Worldwide Waterproofing has been amazing! I have a stand up crawlspace in my house from 1933 that I can only describe as a puzzled nightmare. I stated getting a lot of water coming in when it rained and I pinned it down to a hole in the foundation. I called several companies for quotes. Mike came out from Worldwide and I liked him the most because he was honest. He said it could be many things but did not trying and sell me on things I did not need to do right away. He was also the only one who listen to my theory of how the water was getting in. The other companies dismissed me quickly. (I was right!) When it came time to schedule the job and figure out payment Kim and Summer were great and helped along the way. They checked in to make sure the job was running smoothly. I needed to have a sump pump put in and a retaining wall built along part of my foundation. Larry and (I cant' remember his name but he was great too!) came on time to start work and left everything clean in the yard. He explained everything he was doing and kept me updated. They even checked to make sure the other side of my house did not need a retaining wall. With the storm we just had my crawl space has never been so dry! I couldn't be happier and with the state of that crawlspace I know I'll be using them again in the future.
This company completed basement waterproofing services in Summer 2022. They also serviced my home again in early Spring 2023 for Exterior Downspout Drainage repairs and asphalt removal. For each service, both Project Managers (PM), Chris and Giovanni, and their team were professional. The PMs addressed all of my concerns and explained to me in detail task(s) I was to do with maintaining these new installations. Summer and the office team were also very helpful. This company was referred to me by a Commercial & Residential Foundation provider. Also, during a separate conversation with a professional associate . I was made aware they installed basement waterproofing solution in my associate's family home as well.
